Click "List your apartment" in the navigation bar. Fill in your property details, upload photos, choose a plan (KES 800 standard or KES 2,500 featured), then pay via M-Pesa STK Push. Your listing goes live within minutes of payment confirmation.

Standard listings stay active for 60 days. Featured listings stay active for 90 days. You can renew anytime from your seller dashboard before expiry.

Payment confirmation usually takes 1–3 minutes. If your listing hasn't gone live after 10 minutes, send us a WhatsApp message with your M-Pesa transaction code and we'll activate it manually right away.

Yes — log in to your seller dashboard and click "Edit" next to any listing. You can update the title, description, price, photos, and contact details at any time without paying again.

We're fully live in Kisumu (our home base), Nairobi, and Mombasa, covering dozens of neighborhoods in each. We also list all 47 counties on the site, and are actively rolling out fuller coverage county by county — if your area isn't showing many listings yet, tell us and we'll prioritize it.

No. You pay a one-time listing fee (KES 800 or KES 2,500) and that's it. No commission, no hidden charges. Buyers contact you directly and any deal is between you and them.

Yes — each listing is priced individually, and you can list residential apartments as well as shops and offices. If you're a landlord or agent with many units, contact us about bulk listing discounts.

You can browse and list properties in any of Kenya's 47 counties on Nyumba254. Coverage is deepest in our three tier-1 counties for now, but sellers everywhere else are welcome to post — use the county selector on this form or on the homepage to tell us where your property is.

Open any listing and use the "Contact seller" button to call, WhatsApp, or send a message — no middlemen or agents involved. Sellers see and reply to buyer messages from their own dashboard.

Your contact details are only shared with buyers or sellers you choose to interact with. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for the full details on how we handle information.

Listing fees are paid via M-Pesa STK Push at checkout. If M-Pesa isn't available to you, message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange an alternative such as bank transfer.
