Everything you need to know

Yes — M-Pesa is the primary payment method. After filling in your listing details, you'll be prompted to pay via M-Pesa STK push (the request comes directly to your phone). Once confirmed, your listing goes live immediately. We do not accept cash or bank transfer at this time.
Your listing is automatically paused — not deleted. You'll get an email reminder 5 days before it expires. To renew, simply log in to your seller dashboard and pay the same fee again. All your details, photos, and enquiry history are saved, so renewal takes under a minute.
Yes. If you listed at the Standard plan and want to upgrade to Featured, go to your seller dashboard, click on your listing, and choose "Upgrade to Featured." You'll pay the difference (KES 1,000) and your listing will immediately move to the top of results with the Featured badge.
There is no limit. You can post as many properties as you own or manage. Each listing is priced individually — KES 500 per Standard or KES 1,500 per Featured. If you have 5 or more listings, contact us for a bulk discount package.
No. Browsing, searching, and contacting sellers is completely free for buyers. There are no registration fees and no charges for sending enquiries. This is intentional — it means more buyers on the platform, which means more people seeing your listing.
All buyer enquiries include the buyer's name and phone number, so you can verify who you're talking to before agreeing to anything. We also recommend always meeting in a public place for viewings and never accepting deposits before a viewing. All contact happens via WhatsApp — a platform you already know and trust.
We're fully live across Kisumu, Nairobi, and Mombasa today, and we're actively expanding to more counties and towns across Kenya. If your area isn't fully covered yet, let us know and we'll prioritise adding it — you can still list there in the meantime.
Yes, anytime. Log in to your seller dashboard, find your listing, and click Edit. You can change the price, update photos, edit the description, and toggle furnished/unfurnished status. Changes are saved immediately with no additional charge.
Congratulations! Simply log in and mark your listing as Sold or Rented from your dashboard. It will immediately be removed from public search results. We don't offer refunds for unused days — but at KES 500, even a week's visibility is excellent value compared to what you'd pay an agent.
